• Stay well hydrated
• Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, or sunscreen
• Inform your provider of any active skin conditions or medications
POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Proper aftercare is essential for healing and optimal results:
• Expect redness similar to a mild sunburn for 24–72 hours
• Avoid touching or applying makeup for at least 24 hours
• Avoid sun exposure and use a gentle SPF 30+ after 24 hours
• Use only gentle, hydrating products for the first few days
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and active ingredients for 5–7 days
• Avoid sweating, workouts, saunas, and hot environments for 24–48 hours
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the skin during healing
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Skin may feel tight, warm, and slightly sensitive for 1–3 days
• Mild swelling or pinpoint redness may occur
• Skin will begin to appear brighter and smoother within a few days
• Continued improvement occurs over several weeks as collagen builds
