• Remain upright for 4 hours after treatment
• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
• Avoid facials, microneedling, or laser treatments for at least 1–2 weeks
• You may gently move the treated muscles (smile, frown) for the first few hours
