We will explain the total treatment cost, any required initial payment, installment amounts, and payment dates.

3. SIGN YOUR AGREEMENT

All payment terms must be reviewed and accepted in a written agreement before the plan begins.

4. FOLLOW YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Make payments according to your agreement. Treatment timing will be outlined before you commit.
